A carpentry tool kit is handed over to an offender during the Mariakani Case Committee. Offenders who live penal institutions most times come from poor economic backgrounds and do not have capital to put the skills or trades learnt in the institutions. Probation and Aftercare Service provides tool kits such as these to help them start off a new life in order to keep away from crime.
